Terms of service

• You place an order by emailing us the product, options and artwork. Prices on the website are a guide until we confirm the total in our reply.
• Prices are set in USD. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates at the day's exchange rate.
• An order is confirmed once you approve the proof and we receive payment, or agree cash on delivery.

• You confirm you have the right to print everything in the artwork you send, including logos, photos and fonts.
• We check files for print problems, but you're responsible for spelling, content and details in the proof you approve.
• We don't print material that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights, and may refuse an order for that reason.

We print what you approve. Printed colour can differ slightly from screens and between paper stocks, and cutting can vary by up to 1 mm. These small differences aren't defects.

Turnaround times are in working days and start after proof approval. Delivery dates are estimates; we're not responsible for courier delays, but we'll help chase them. See shipping and turnaround.

If an order isn't what you approved because of our mistake, or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we reprint it free under our reprint promise. Because every order is printed to your design, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
