Privacy policy

• Order details you email us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, artwork files and order choices.
• Artwork you upload on a product page. It's stored privately, only our staff can open it, and it's used only to print your order.
• Your approximate country, worked out from your IP address (by our hosting provider or the ipwho.is lookup service), only to show prices in your local currency. We don't store it.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To check your artwork, send proofs, print and deliver your order
• To reply to your questions and send order updates
• To keep records we're required to keep for accounting and tax

We never sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Only the services needed to run the shop: our email provider, our website and database hosting, and the courier that delivers your order. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

The shop only sets a cookie if you pick a currency from the menu at the top of the page, so we remember your choice. Another cookie keeps our own staff signed in to the admin area. Neither is used for tracking.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for your order or our records. Email info@printieverse.com.
